UNIT PUMP/ ROTOR
Unit Injector (UI) is an integrated direct fuel injection system, combining the injector nozzle and the injection pump in a single component. The plunger pump used is usually driven by a shared camshaft.
This injection system is mainly fitted on heavy duty trucks (Iveco, Scania, Volvo, Renault, etc..)
The Unit Pump system is a modular high-pressure diesel injection system, which is similar to the Unit Injector system. The systems use an individual injection pump mounted on the engine block for each cylinder. The fuel pumps are driven by an extra camshaft lobe where each unit pump is connected to the injector via a short precise length high-pressure fuel line. This type of injection system is common for heavy duty trucks, and other industrial vehicles: MACK, Mercedes, Daf, Scania and Deutz engines.
In our workshop we are using state of art machinery that enable us to repair all typeS of unit pumps or rotor for Mack Mercedes, Daf,Deut,Volvo,InternationalL and Renault .
We are also able to repair all types of unit injector fitted normally on Iveco,Scania,Mack,Volvo...
